19 persons died and more than 40 injured in a blast.


Peshawar: At least 19 persons were died and 40 others were sustained injuries on a Friday in a powerful blast in the outskirts of Peshawar.
The explosion went off in the area of Dawoodzai, when civil secretariat bus was traveling from Peshawar to Charsada.
The bus was carrying 40 government employees and the blast took place. In the result 19 persons were died and 40 others were wounded.
The injured persons were shifted to the Lady Reading Hospital (LRH) and Charsada Hospital. The LRH Medical Superintendent Rahim Ullah Jan talking to media and confirmed that 11 bodies and Charrsada Hospital administration confirmed that 8 bodies have been received. 
After the blast Provincial Information Minister Mian Iftikhar Hussain told reporters that the explosion was planted under the bus. He said that we can’t say yet that how many government employees were private passengers were killed in this blast.
The police officials confirmed that 19 persons including seven women and a child were died and more than 40 were injured.

One person died and 3 injured in two blasts.


Peshawar: yesterday was the shocking day for the people Peshawar because the two blasts occurred in different areas of Peshawar in which one person died and 3 other were injured.
After the blast police and Bomb Disposal Unit personnel reached the spots.
According to the police that one blast took place in the spire part shop in badhbare, the surrounding area of Peshawar in which one person died and one injured. The injured persons were rushed to the lady Reading hospital Peshawar.
According to the hospital administration that 2 injured persons were shifted to the hospital in which one person scrummed to his injuries and died. They identified that the died person as Muhaib s/o Muhammad Wazeer age 30 years and the injured person as Israr-ud-din s/o Rehman-ud-din  age 40 years.
After the blast security forces cordoned off the area and start search operation.
The Bomb Disposal Unit (BDU) reached the spot and collects the audience. They said that 400 to 500 gram explosive had been used in the blast.
Meanwhile, another blast was occurred in Hayatabad on police check post in which 2 private security guards were injured. The unidentified persons threw a rocket on the check post. the injured persons were rushed to the nearby hospital Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC).
Superintendent of Police Shabiullah confirmed that in hayatabad blast 2 private security guards were injured. He said that the police persons were also deployed in the blast area.
Further investigation of hayatabad blast is underway.

Polio fresh case reported


Peshawar: one new polio case has been reported on Monday in the tribal area of Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa.
According to the Ministry of Health that fresh Polio case has been reported in Iqra Girl, her age is 10 years and resident of Sardan the area of Khyber Agency.
According to the IPI of Fata that the reason of Polio cases in tribal areas is the security problem because the polio teams can not access to the tribal areas.
It is also being mentioned that in current year six polio cases have been reported in tribal areas.

Government gives provincial status to FATA, Habib Ullah Orzakzai


Peshawar: Mutahida Traibal Party chairman Habib Ullah Orzakzai said that the government should change the British Law from tribal areas and be recovered Fata like other parts of the country.

He expresses these views in a press statement.

He said that the government would give the provincial status to Fata because everyone knows the corruption of Political Agents (PAs). He said that the government should form the Judicial Commission against the Political Agents which brought back the looted money and deposited in National Treasury.

He categorically said that the government should stop the army operation in tribal areas.

He urged that if the government wants to ensure the law and order situation in Fata, then they would withdraw the army troops and deployed the frontier Constabulary and Frontier Core because they know the traditions of these areas.

The government should establish the industrial zones in tribal areas like the other cites, he added.

He demands from the government and said that they announce the special grants for Fata.

Flood effected People waiting for third installment.


Peshawar: the government release the third installment of flood effected people but they despaired and returned to home in Peshawar.

The government releases the third installment of flood effectees. The victim of flood hold watan cards in their hands in front of different banks in the busiest Market of Peshawar sadar Market.

The flood effectees can easily take cash money from banks but they despaired, because in Sadar Market the banks ATMs were damaged so they move to the interior city for their third installment. But they also despaired from interior city because some banks staff said them they don’t have cash yet while some banks closed early. Majority of flood effectees did not take their money from banks and retured despaired.
National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) developed a transparent programme and established 131 watan card facilitation centers (WCFC) throughout the effected districts.
It is also be mentioned that July, 2010 flood in Pakistan were a disaster of unprecedented scale, effected 80 districts and nearly 10% of Pakistan population of about18 million people  over a vast geographical area. Flood destroyed approximately 1.6 million homes and damaged 2.4 million hectares of cops.

NADRA behavior with citizens and media


Peshawar: National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Staff torture the private TV Channel Cameraman and broken the camera on Tuesday, in Sadar Market (the busiest Market) the limits of Peshawar.

In the NADRA office people are facing problem and tired of the behavior of their staff. The NADRA office demands from the people to gave them bribes after that they will solve their problem.

Some people said that they daily come to the NADRA office and still waiting for their number for making the National Identification Card (NIC). They said that if someone relative or friend working in NADRA then they will make NIC for that particular person as soon as possible. So they called to the Dunya News office (News channel of Pakistan) for coverage

Dunya News Cameraman Muhammad Khalid was covering the event that how the people facing problems in NADRA office. The Staff took him by force in a basement and torture him and broken the camera.

Police officials do not report the incident and was emphasizing for reconciliation.

While the NADRA staff saying that in future if the journalist or reporter come to office for coverage they will torture him.

HELU staged a protest against there three employees


Peshawar: Hydro Electro Labor Union of Peshawar on Saturday staged a protest against the kidnapped employees of Peshawar Electric supply Company (PESCO) at Shahi Bagh Peshawar.

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO), located in Peshawar provides service of power distribution to over 2.6 million consumers of all civil districts of Khyber Pakhtoon Khwa, Pakistan.

The Hydro Electro Labor Union staged a protest against there three employees (Sohail Ahmad, Muhammad Fayaz and Ammir Khan) kidnapped by the unknown terrorists from Badhbahar (the surrounding area of Peshawar) in January 2010.

The protester hold banner and play cards and chanting full throat slogans against the government. The Hydro Electro Labor Union (HELU) of Peshawar zonal secretary Ghani Ur Rahman demands and gave two months deadline to the government for the recovery of employees. He said that if the kidnapped employees would not recover then they would disconnect the electricity of Governor House and Chief Minister House.
