3 passengers killed and 4 injured in Lower Orakzai Agency

PESHAWAR: Three passengers have been killed and four other injured on Friday when a passenger van collided with a landmine in Lower Orakzai Agency.

The sources said that the passenger vehicle was on the way to Kayala area of Orakzai Agency, when collided with a roadside landmine in Zarridar area.

As a result 3 persons were killed and 4 others were injured. The local people shifted the dead bodies and injured person to District Headquarter Hospital (Kohat) for medical treatment.

After the blast security forces rushed to spot, cordon off the area and started search operation.

Woman killed in aerial firing

Peshawar: a woman was died in aerial firing by unknown perosons in the area of Budhbare.

Police said that Sameena the resident of Budhbar was busy in daily work when the bullet was fired by the unknown people which hit her. The local people shifted her to the nearby hospital but she succumbed to her injuries and died.

Police lodged the First Information against the unknown persons.

Police foiled the millitants plan

Peshawar: An exchange of firing took place between the police and Lashkar-e-Islam members on frontier Road, Budhbare, here on Monday.

Police said that the firing took place on frontier road ,Budhbar. When the Khyber Agnecy based millitents Lashkar-e-Islam was kidnapping the man for ransom. After the successful operation Police recovered the man.

After the incident DSP Inayat Ullah Shah said that the police foiled the Khyber Agnecy based millitents Lashkar-e-Islam plan and recovered the man. While the Lashkar-e-Islam members were escaped.

3 persons died on a domestic issue

Peshawar : over a domestic dispute a man commited suicide after killing of his two brothers and injured his mother on thursday in Budh Bair, peshawar.

Police said that the Dad Khan and Noor ali were washing the car, when there brother Dilawar start fighting with them on a domestic issue. In fight he become a furious and lossed his temper and opened fire on his two brothers and mother. As a result his two brothers were died on spot and his mother is critically injured and rushed to the lady Reading Hospital.

Later on, Dilawar shot himself too.

While some tv channels reported that Dilawar had also been killed his father 10 years ago on a property dispute.

8 students injured in School roof collapsed

Peshawar: 8 students were wounded when a dilapidated Government school roof collapsed, in Akhbar Pura the district of Nowshara, here on Wednesday.

According to the details that the roof of a dilapidated Government Higher and Secondary school came down at the time when the class was underway. In which eight students were injured. The wounded students were rushed to the lady Reading hospital (LRH). The hospital administration identified the students as Hameed Raza, Syed Nawab, Usman, Asad, Shah Sawar, Rizwan Ullah, Shehzad and Anees.

Two person died and five injured in suicide blast

Peshawar: Two persons were died and 5 others were   injured in a suicide bomb blast in Peshawar near the Budh Bare area, here on Tuesday, Police said

According to the details the sucide bomber detonated himself  in front of the leader of Aman Lashkar Faheem Khan Car in which 2 police persons deid and 5 others including a child were wounded.

The injured persons were shifted to the Lady Reading Hospital (LRH) Peshawar. The deid persons were identified Abdul Jabar and Naheed ullah, while the Injured persons were identified as Anwar Shah, M. Asghar, Abdul Basit, Wali Ullah, Ijaz.

After the blast police cordoned off the area and start search operation

Superintendent Police (SP) Rural Peshawar Shafiullah said to reporters that the suicide bomber targeted the leader of Aman Lashkar Faheem Khan Car. He said that at the blast time Faheem Khan was not present in car and he remained safe but 2 special police force personnel were died and 5 others including a child were injured.

Bomb Disposal Unit (BDU) confirmed that 6 to 8 kilogram explosive had been used in blast.

19 persons died and more than 40 injured in a blast.

Peshawar: At least 19 persons were died and 40 others were sustained injuries on a Friday in a powerful blast in the outskirts of Peshawar.

The explosion went off in the area of Dawoodzai, when civil secretariat bus was traveling from Peshawar to Charsada.

The bus was carrying 40 government employees and the blast took place. In the result 19 persons were died and 40 others were wounded.

The injured persons were shifted to the Lady Reading Hospital (LRH) and Charsada Hospital. The LRH Medical Superintendent Rahim Ullah Jan talking to media and confirmed that 11 bodies and Charrsada Hospital administration confirmed that 8 bodies have been received. 

After the blast Provincial Information Minister Mian Iftikhar Hussain told reporters that the explosion was planted under the bus. He said that we can’t say yet that how many government employees were private passengers were killed in this blast.

The police officials confirmed that 19 persons including seven women and a child were died and more than 40 were injured.

One person died and 3 injured in two blasts.

Peshawar: yesterday was the shocking day for the people Peshawar because the two blasts occurred in different areas of Peshawar in which one person died and 3 other were injured.

After the blast police and Bomb Disposal Unit personnel reached the spots.

According to the police that one blast took place in the spire part shop in badhbare, the surrounding area of Peshawar in which one person died and one injured. The injured persons were rushed to the lady Reading hospital Peshawar.

According to the hospital administration that 2 injured persons were shifted to the hospital in which one person scrummed to his injuries and died. They identified that the died person as Muhaib s/o Muhammad Wazeer age 30 years and the injured person as Israr-ud-din s/o Rehman-ud-din  age 40 years.

After the blast security forces cordoned off the area and start search operation.

The Bomb Disposal Unit (BDU) reached the spot and collects the audience. They said that 400 to 500 gram explosive had been used in the blast.

Meanwhile, another blast was occurred in Hayatabad on police check post in which 2 private security guards were injured. The unidentified persons threw a rocket on the check post. the injured persons were rushed to the nearby hospital Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC).

Superintendent of Police Shabiullah confirmed that in hayatabad blast 2 private security guards were injured. He said that the police persons were also deployed in the blast area.

Further investigation of hayatabad blast is underway.

Polio fresh case reported

Peshawar: one new polio case has been reported on Monday in the tribal area of Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa.

According to the Ministry of Health that fresh Polio case has been reported in Iqra Girl, her age is 10 years and resident of Sardan the area of Khyber Agency.

According to the IPI of Fata that the reason of Polio cases in tribal areas is the security problem because the polio teams can not access to the tribal areas.

It is also being mentioned that in current year six polio cases have been reported in tribal areas.

Government gives provincial status to FATA, Habib Ullah Orzakzai

Peshawar: Mutahida Traibal Party chairman Habib Ullah Orzakzai said that the government should change the British Law from tribal areas and be recovered Fata like other parts of the country.

He expresses these views in a press statement.

He said that the government would give the provincial status to Fata because everyone knows the corruption of Political Agents (PAs). He said that the government should form the Judicial Commission against the Political Agents which brought back the looted money and deposited in National Treasury.

He categorically said that the government should stop the army operation in tribal areas.

He urged that if the government wants to ensure the law and order situation in Fata, then they would withdraw the army troops and deployed the frontier Constabulary and Frontier Core because they know the traditions of these areas.

The government should establish the industrial zones in tribal areas like the other cites, he added.

He demands from the government and said that they announce the special grants for Fata.

Peshawar: the government release the third installment of flood effected people but they despaired and returned to home in Peshawar.

The government releases the third installment of flood effectees. The victim of flood hold watan cards in their hands in front of different banks in the busiest Market of Peshawar sadar Market.

The flood effectees can easily take cash money from banks but they despaired, because in Sadar Market the banks ATMs were damaged so they move to the interior city for their third installment. But they also despaired from interior city because some banks staff said them they don’t have cash yet while some banks closed early. Majority of flood effectees did not take their money from banks and retured despaired.

Flood destroyed approximately 1.6 million homes and damaged 2.4 million hectares of cops.

NADRA behavior with citizens and media

Peshawar: National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Staff torture the private TV Channel Cameraman and broken the camera on Tuesday, in Sadar Market (the busiest Market) the limits of Peshawar.

In the NADRA office people are facing problem and tired of the behavior of their staff. The NADRA office demands from the people to gave them bribes after that they will solve their problem.

Some people said that they daily come to the NADRA office and still waiting for their number for making the National Identification Card (NIC). They said that if someone relative or friend working in NADRA then they will make NIC for that particular person as soon as possible. So they called to the Dunya News office (News channel of Pakistan) for coverage

Dunya News Cameraman Muhammad Khalid was covering the event that how the people facing problems in NADRA office. The Staff took him by force in a basement and torture him and broken the camera.

Police officials do not report the incident and was emphasizing for reconciliation.

While the NADRA staff saying that in future if the journalist or reporter come to office for coverage they will torture him.

HELU staged a protest against there three employees

Peshawar: Hydro Electro Labor Union of Peshawar on Saturday staged a protest against the kidnapped employees of Peshawar Electric supply Company (PESCO) at Shahi Bagh Peshawar.

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO), located in Peshawar provides service of power distribution to over 2.6 million consumers of all civil districts of Khyber Pakhtoon Khwa, Pakistan.

The Hydro Electro Labor Union staged a protest against there three employees (Sohail Ahmad, Muhammad Fayaz and Ammir Khan) kidnapped by the unknown terrorists from Badhbahar (the surrounding area of Peshawar) in January 2010.

The protester hold banner and play cards and chanting full throat slogans against the government. The Hydro Electro Labor Union (HELU) of Peshawar zonal secretary Ghani Ur Rahman demands and gave two months deadline to the government for the recovery of employees. He said that if the kidnapped employees would not recover then they would disconnect the electricity of Governor House and Chief Minister House.

FATA student federation Waziristan President press conference

Peshawar: FATA student federation Waziristan President Khan Bahadar Wazir said on friday that government promote education in Waziristan and increase the quota system for Waziristan people in all government schools and colleges.

He said that in a press conference held in Peshawar press club.

President said that Waziristan faces a lot of problem since 10 years and we don’t want to shift the Razmak cadet college of Waziristan. He said that the government is totally flop to promote education in Waziristan.

Bahadar said that Waziristan and Bajour is being fighting for medical college. The government should announce medical college for all Agencies and increases the quota system for Waziristan people in all colleges and forgives the fees and granted the Malakand style package.

Peshawar: 2 persons personnel were died and 4 persons were sustained injuries in a powerful remote control blast near

Kohat Road

, Bhanamari( place in kohat road) surrounding area of Peshawar.

Police said that the blast took place near police patrolling car in the area of kohat road, Bhanamar. In the result 2 police personnel were died and 4 others were critically injured.

After the blast police personnel and local people shifted the dead bodies and injured persons to lady Reading hospital (LRH). The hospital authorities identified the dead bodies as Hussain (SPO) s/o Hassan age 30 years and Hazrat Ali (SI) s/o Sheer age 40 years, the civilian are Shahid s/o Zaman age 40 years, Gul Ishaq s/o Noor Muhammad age 50 years while the 2 injured police personnel identified as Meer Zali s/o Meer Ali age 45 years, Imtiaz Ahmad (Driver) s/o Abdul Jalil.

Police patrolling van was completely destroyed. While 3 other cars were also completely damaged due to the blast.

Bomb Disposal Unit (BDU) confirmed that 12 kilogram explosive had been used in blast, and was kept in auto vehicle (Rikshaw).

Democratic government is the key towards ending conflict Afghanistan and bring peace,Rustam Khan Mohmmand

Peshawar: the former Ambassador of Pakistan to Afghanistan  Rustam Khan Mohmmand said on Saturday that the democratic government is the key towards ending conflict Afghanistan and bring peace in the country and as well as in the region.

He expressed these views in a workshop titled “Peace and Conflict resolution in 20^th century” held under Staff Training Institute ,University of Peshawar.

He said that that presence of coalition forces is the biggest cause of conflict in Afghanistan and until their withdrawal peace would remain to be an elusive dream in the country. US and its allies till date have spent fifty seven billion dollars for the socio economic development in Afghanistan but little can be seen on ground and today we see one thousand Afghan every day go towards

the Iranian border for earning a piece of bread.

 The unemployment stands at 35%, sanitation is available to 30%, intense insurgency prevails in 24 provinces affecting almost 70% of the population in Afghanistan, he added.

The former political agent blamed poor policies of the government as the root cause of insurgency in FATA.

Police failed the terrorist plan and defuse 12 kg explosive.

Peshawar: Peshawar police failed the terrorist’s plan on Saturday and defused 12 kilogram of explosive in Sarband, the surrounding area of Peshawar.

Police said that the unknown terrorists hidden the explosive in pressure cooker on roadside. Then the police called Bomb Disposal Unit (BDU) to defuse the explosive.

BDU officials confirmed that 12 kilogram explosive had been planted in pressure Cooker.

Blast in Qadirabad.

Peshawar: the blast occurred along the road in qadirabad, Matani the surrounding area of Peshawar.

Police authorities said that explosive was hidden in roadside, no casualties ware reported.

We will defeat terrorist, Bashir Billor

Peshawar: Giving our view on war against terrorism, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Senior Provincial Minister Bashir Ahmad Billor said on Friday that the security forces clear 40% area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from terrorists, and we continue fight against these terrorist.

He expressed these views when he was talking with the journalist in Peshawar Press Club.

He said that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province people are familiar of these bombing, and this is not new for them and they are struggling to win this fight from terrorist.

Billor said that we negotiated with terrorists for peace and accepts there all demands but they had refused to accept the government writ. So the government decides to start operation and fight against them and the day will come when the government will successful to defeat them.

He appreciates the media role in war against terrorism and said that journalists gave a lot of sacrifices for this land in this war.

Bashir said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province was first produced electricity but now in Karak (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa District) Oil and Gas reserves are also discovered and on daily basis 40 thousand barrels of oil produce from these reserves.

The government increase 10% royalties amount from 5% in respect of oil and gas in district Karak, and it can eliminate the poverty in this area, he added

SP died and 3 police personnel injured in suicide blast.

Peshawar: Police Superintendent was died and 3 police personnel were injured in a suicide bomb blat at Pishtakhar, the surrounding area of Peshawar.

Police said that the Superintendent police (SP) Kalam Khan was in patrolling police van that the suicide bomber blew himself up. In the result SP Kalam Khan was died on spot and his body guard and driver were injured in this blast.

The dead body and injured persons were taken to the Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC) and Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar (LRH). The hospital authorities identified that Hidayat, Liyaqat are in HMC while one injured person Gohar is in LRH.

Assistant inspector General (AIG), Bomb Disposal Unit (BDU) Shafqat Malik said the reporters that 5 to 6 kilogram explosive and ball barriers had been used in the blast. AIG said that we have found the attacker Head and start investigation.

Police start collecting extortion money

Peshawar:  The Machani police start collecting extortion money from people in Shami road, the comfort area of Peshawar.

The police constables who are deployed for security in Shami Road, they stop the bike riders and passenger buses for the name of searching and after that they collect extortion money, but if someone refused to pay money then the police personnel used harsh words.

Specially, the Afghan refugees and the passenger vehicles carrying vegetables are on high risk of money extortion.

The citizens demands to the government that they take notice and stopped the police personnel who are involved in that sort of activities.

I child died and 4 were injured in blast

Peshawar: I schoolchild was died and 4 others were sustained injuries in a remote control blast on kohat road in the suburb of Peshawar, here on Wednesday.

Police said that the remote control device was kept in hand vehicle which stand near with Wakho Poul (Bridge) In the result one schoolchild and 4 others were injured. The dead body and injured were moved to Lady reading hospital for medical treatment.

Hospital faculty spokesman identified the injured as Fatima d/o Shah Khalid, Abdul Waheed s/o Abdul Wudood, Naveed s/o Rahimullah and Arif Gul s/o Spen Gul.and Fatima is in critical situation.

The UNHCR driver Qurban Ali Shah the eyewitness said that he was crossing the road along with his children then the blast took place.

Seminar on Kashmir dispute in university of peshawar

Peshawar: While showing his reservations over declaring India as a most favorite nation, Former prime minister of Azad Kashmir Sadar Atiq ahmad khan said on Monday that role of media in highlighting the Kashmir dispute is essential and that it should has fully access.

He expressed these views while addressing a seminar titled “Role of media in Kashmir dispute” organized by university of Peshawar Kashmiree students at Agha Khan Auditorium, university of Peshawar.

On the occasion University of Peshawar Vice Chancellor Dr Azmat Hayat, teachers and students at large number were also present.

He said that former President of Pakistan General Parvaz Musharaf gave liberty to media and we are happy on role played by the media in highlighting the long awaited issue of Kashmir.

Sardar Atiq categorically said that he has some reservations on declaring Indaa as most Favorite Nation Status on part of Pakistan.

“I want that Pakistan should improve bilateral relation with India but it should not gave most favorite nation status to India yet”, he added

Former PM said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa people give a lot of sacrifices on Kashmir dispute and we give tribute to these people.

He urged that Kashmir is the part of Pakistan because the history of Kashmir is the part of Pakistan history.

Blast in Public Rally.

SHABQADAR: 1 police person was died and 7 others were injured in a Suicide bomb attack on former Interior Minister and the chairman of Pakistan people party, PPP (Sharpao group) Aftab Ahmad khan Sharpao in Shabqadar, district of Charsada, on Saturday.

Police said that Aftab Ahmad Khan Sarpao was addressing the public rally and when it concluded he was sit in the car along with his son Sikandar Sharpao and friend Muhammad Ali Memon (both are the Khyber Pakhtoon Khwa assemble members). Then the suicide attacker blew himself up. In the result 1 police personnel died and his son Sikandar Sharpao, Muhammad Memon and other injured persons were shifted to the Lady Reading Hospital (LRH) for medical treatment.

Hospital Authority confirmed tat the 1 died body and injured persons including Chairman of PPP, (Sharpao group) along with his son and friend were shifted to the hospital. His son and friend is well know and discharged from the hospital while in other injured persons one person is in critical situation.

District Coordination officer (DCO) Ajmal Khan talked with median and said that it was a suicide bomb and the attacker detonated himself near with the Aftab Ahmad Khan Sarpao car, in which his son and his friend Muhammad Khan Memon was also sit. After the blast police cordon off the area and start search operations. He said that death tool may b raised.

Bomb Disposal Unit (BDS) said that 4 to 5 kg explosive was used in blast.

After the incident Senior Minister of KPK province Bashir Ahmad Bilour and Health Minister Syed Zahir Ali Shah rushed to the hospital. 

Cylinder blast in Peshawar.

Peshawar: at least four persons were injured in cylinder blast that took place in Lady Reading Hospital (LRH) the biggest hospital of Peshawar.

The Hospital Administration said that the cylinder blast was occurred in the pathological Department of hospital in the result 4 persons were injured. Blast also damaged the building and equipments of hospital.

Foreigner woman killed in Peshawar

Peshawar: The Chinese woman along with male companion shot died in the area of Peshawar (City of Pakistan) near Jahangir pura chowk, here on Tuesday.

According to the police authority that the Chinese woman and her companion were walking in Jahangir pura, that the unknown gunman of motorcycle shot them.

The man carrying Pakistani identity card and the woman carrying Chinese Passport, police said

Chinese woman identified as Jing Hua while the person was Muhammad Sulaman resident of Nasir bagh the area of Peshawar.

Police said that the investigation is underway and the motive of shooting was not clear yet.

5 persons died and 27 injured in blast

Nowshera: Blast occurred in the public rally of Awami National Party (Pakistan Political Party) in which 5 people including 2 policemen died and 27 have been injured in a remote control blast in Nowshera.

According to the police authority that after the return of Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtoon Khwa Amir Hayder Khan Hoti and his provincial cabinet Minters and public rally was concluded that the blast occurred in which 5 people died and 27 other were injured.

Police confirmed that 3kg explosive used and it was a remote control blast.

After the blast the injured persons were shifted to the District Headquarter Hospital and Leady Reading Hospital Peshawar.

The hospital faculty confirmed that in 27 patients, two are in critical situation. 

12 persons died, 32 persons injured in blast.

Peshawar 23 feb : 12 persons including 2 children were died and 32 persons were injured in a remote control blast in the surrounding area of Peshawar near kohat bus station.

According to the police that it was a remote control blat the explosive were kept in a car in the result 12 persons including 2 children were died and 32 persons were injured. The dead bodies and injured persons were shifter to the Lady Reading Hospital (LRH) for medical treatment. In this blast 30 cars were damaged. After the blast police cordon off the area.

The Bomb Disposal Unit (BDU) conformed that 45 Kg explosive were used in this blast and it was a remote control blast.

The dead bodies and injured persons were shifted to the nearest hospital Lady Reading (which is the biggest hospital in Peshawar). The hospital faculty conformed that 12 person including 2 children were died and 32 were injured while in injured persons 10 are in critical situation and 5 persons were discharged from the hospital after the medical treatment.

The new couple died due to the gas load shedding

Peshawar, the new married couple was died on Sunday due to the Gas load shedding in the area of Peshawar Seikh Ameer Abad

According to the police that after the end of wedding reception the Groom Muhammad Umair and Bride was sleeping in their room and they switch on the heater. In mind night the gas has gone. They forget switch off the heater, when the gas came back it filled in the room and the bride and groom both were died.

Blast in Peshawar

Peshawar 16 February 2012, At least 9 persons were injured including 5 police personnel in a hand grenade blast located in the surroundings of Peshawar and Khyber Agency in Sarband area.

According to police sources unknown terrorist threw a hand grenade on police vehicle in Sarband area of Peshawar. In the result 5 police personnel and 6 civilians were injured.

The injured persons were shifted to the Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC) for medical treatment.

The Frontier Constabulary personnel killed in U.S Embassy

Peshawar, 14, January, the Frontier Constabulary personnel killed himself on Tuesday in American Embassy due to the unknown reasons.

According to the security personnel that the Frontier Constabulary (FC) personnel Muhammad Saddiq was belongs to the Chitral Scout and was deployed in U.S Embassy.

He killed himself due to the unknown reasons in U.S Embassy.

Later on his dead body was shifted to the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Peshawar.

Uzma ayub has no food in their home.

Peshawar 11 January, the rape victim girl Uzma Ayub who belongs to the Karak district has lack of food in their home.

She is shifted to Peshawar from karak and still living in civil quarter from last one month, her family is consists of six members.

When she shifted to Peshawar then different NGOs them food, but know the food is finish and they have no food in their home.

According to the Uzma Ayub brother Zafran who is living with her that he contact with different NGOs but they did not give him positive response regarding to this matter.

Zafran said that the government does not help them regarding to the food and still doesn’t give any aid to their family.

Suicide Blast in Peshawar.

Peshawar, January, 2012, three persons were died and seven others were injured in a suicide bomb blast at Pakha Ghulam village.

The blast was occurred at the Pakha Ghulam village, after the blast the police official’s cordon off the area and shifted the injured person to hospital.

According to the police that it was a suicide bomb blast which killed three persons while seven others were injured. The rescue officers shifted the dead bodies and injured persons to the Leady Reading hospital (LRH) for medical treatment. While in injured persons 4 people are in critical situation.

The Bomb Disposal unit (BDU) conformed that it was a suicide bomb and the 4 to 5 kg explosive were used.

Police arrested the Groom in peshawar

Peshawar, January 28, police arrested the groom along with his five friends in Ragai while doing aerial firing.

Peshawar, January, 23, Peshawar police failed the plan of smugglers and arrest the smugglers including a woman.

According to the Chamkani police that the secrete source inform he police that the fake currency and weapons were smuggling to Punjab. 

The police stop the car no LR 65 in suspicion near with the Motorway Tool Plaza and searched the car. They recovered the 1 lakh   fake currency, weapons and 27 bullets, and arrest the woman and his partner.

Police filed a case against the smugglers and start investigation against them.

Police recover 200 kg cocaine.

Peshawar, January 21, 2012, Peshawar police failed the plan of Smugglers and recovered 200kg Cocaine.

According to the police that the smugglers are in black Honda Civic car No LEA 3431, smuggling the 200 kg cocaine.  After that the police blockade near the Ring road and fire on the car. The smugglers were able to escape.

The police find out the 200 kg cocaine from the car.  According to the police there were two smugglers in the car, and police are still struggling to arrest the smugglers as soon as possible.

Uzma Ayub Birth a Daughter.

Peshawar, 20 January, the effected girl Uzma Ayub birth a daughter in Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC) in last night. 

Uzma Ayub  who is belongs to Karak District, was raped by the police officals in Karak nine months ago. she filed a pitition in peshawar High Court for justice against the police officials. the case is still progress in court.  last night she birth a daughter in Hayatabad medical complex. the Peshawar High Court give order to the DNA test of her daughter, so that to find out the baby father.

 The Noor Education named (NGO) took the daughter.

Seminar on pak-Us relationship.

Peshawar, January 13, All Pakistan Abdul Qayum Khan leagues organized a seminar on Qaids vision & current Pak-Us relationship in Peshawar press club.

In this occasion Senior Defense Analyst Brigadier Mahmood Shah, Professor Syed Hussain Saharwardi, Muazam Butt and Hassim Raza addressed the seminar.

Brigadier Mahmood shah said that Qaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah only thoughts that Pakistan give full rights of the minorities

Pakistani politicians are responsible of army interference in politics, he added.

He categorically said that we should make institutions, not to destroy the institutions.

While addressing the seminar Professor Hussain Saharwardi said that Qaid-e-Azam supported the relationship with US, because they have strong rule of law and have religious independence, so Qaid supported the relations with US.

Professor urged that more than a 2700 innocent people of Pakistan were martyred in US drone attacks.

Pak-US relationship should be based on equality, he added.

Blast in Khyber Agency district Jumrood.

Peshawar, January 10, 2012, 30 persons have been died and 60 have been injured in bomb blast in Jumrood.

Blast was occurred in petrol pump in Khyber Agency district Jumrood. The explosive were hidden in Van and it was remote control blast, in the result 30 persons were died and 60 others were injured.

After the blast the security forces were cordon off the area. The injured persons and dead bodies were shifted to Jumrood hospital for medical treatment. While the critical injured peoples were shifted to the Hayatabad medical Hospital.

The blast was so severe that the cars were standing in petrol pump were completely destroyed.

After the incident the Assistant political agent Muhammad Jamil talks with media. he said that it was a remote control blast and the explosive were kept in Van and the terrorists targeted the Zakha Khal peace Lashkar( team).

Molana Fazal Ur Rahman press conference

Peshawar, January 3 2012, Molana Fazal Ur Rahman said that our have no foreign policy, the foreign policy is imported and implemented in Pakistan.

He was addressing the media in a meet program held in Peshawar press club. He said that our country is passing through a critical situation in which every citizen thinking about there daily life. Especially unemployment and poverty are on peak.

In 2001 the rulers of Pakistan were decided to connect with international powers in Afghan war and they were considered that it was in national interest.  But the country gained nothing but disgraced. The parliament approved a resolution but the rulers not implement on it.  In the result we faced Raymond Davis issue, 2 May incident, and attack on Salasa Check post, he added.

FATA has become a gold mine for political agents

Peshawar, January 3 2012, Tribal journalist Noor Bahram and tribal people are on hunger protest against the corruption of political Administration in North Waziristan Agency (ANW) outside the Peshawar press club.

According to Noor Bahram that the international organizations give millions of rupees for tribal people but the FATA secretariat and local administration corruption it is not serve on the tribal people, so the poorer get poor. He said that the secretariat and local administration corruption on peak and no one ask.

Vehicle association end the protest

Peshawar, January 3 2012, after the two days protest the vehicle association ends the protest after the successful negotiation with police.

According to the vehicle association that in gulbahar the police arrested there president Aman Ullah, then the police started negotiation with vehicle association and it was successful with police.

The vehicle drivers were agreed that the permit vehicles will run full day while without permits vehicles will works in two shifts. They also agreed that they will color the vehicles body and back sides.

After the successful talked with association police released approximately 1200 vehicles from Shahi Bagh Peshawar.

Protest against the illegal Bridge consultancy organization

 

Peshawar: people protest against the illegal Bridge consultancy organization, here on Monday.

The protesters protest in front of Peshawar press club. They hold banners in their hands. According to the protesters that Tahir Mukhtiyar is the owner of bridge consultancy, he and his brother are entitled the organization name by protection in Australia. They said that they told to people that Australia offer free asylum, give travel costs to Australia and give cash money to the effected people of terrorism.

The protesters told that they looted the poor citizen of tribal areas and urban people. The protesters demands to the government and High court that the arrest the illegal organization owner and his brother and recover the looted money of poor people, and also demanded that the government will add his name in Exit Control List in all airports.
